Once you get the hang of it, you’ll be fine. It took me a while to figure out how to integrate magic into modern life for the Drift Lords series, but Dead Roots was easy. I loved writing about a haunted hotel.

Thanks for this, Nancy. It is very timely as I head into my paranormal rom-com for NaNoWriMo, The Quick and the Dedd. I’ve never done paranormal before, so this genre should stretch me.
